How to raise a grievance with Foliom.

Under Section 8(9) of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Foliom has designated a Grievance Officer to handle complaints about how we process your personal data.

How to file a grievance

  1. Email the Grievance Officer with the subject line "DPDPA grievance".
  2. Include: your Foliom account email, a clear description of the grievance, and what outcome you're looking for.
  3. We'll acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 days.
  4. If we cannot resolve within 15 days, we'll explain why and propose a revised timeline.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of Indiaunder DPDPA Section 27. Contact details are published on the Board's official site once notified.
